An annual boiler service will give you peace of mind that your home will stay warm and safe during the colder winter months and that you’ll always have your hot water supply.

What our standard service includes:

• • Cleaning of the boiler appliance & removal of any debris
  • Cleaning of magnaclean filter (or similar)
  • Checking all safety devices are installed, working and up to current standards
  • A thorough assessment of wear and tear to identify issues that could potentially be unsafe
  • Flue & Emissions test to check for dangerous fumes.
  • Check the boiler is burning correctly and using the correct amount of gas at an efficient rate.
  • Ventilation check
  • Assessment of Flue flow (If appropriate)
  • Empty and clean out your central heating filter.
  • Includes an annual reminder for when your next service is due.
